Our new KSL PC is a weight controlautomatichorizontal slicer capable of dynamically adjusting slice thickness through blade separation to obtain equal weight portions. This is achieved by an innovative dynamic control logic that determines individual slice weights adding up to reach the desired target, while optimizing the use of the incoming portions, thus minimizing both waste and give away.

Fully automatic product infeed and outfeed: an ideal in-line solution for obtaining perfectly even slices also with thinner settings.
The KSL CBU 3B + AL3 automatically separates and diverts the product in 3 different groups of slices with 3 special outfeed belts, placing the desired amount of slices on the bottom outfeed belt and on the middle outfeed belt – at the same level and in the same direction as the product feed in line – and releasing the last out-of-spec slice on the upper outfeed belt.
