Designed to address the growing demand of poultry processing, the smart slicer KSL DV, after setting the recipe, automatically decides whether to slice the product, how many blades to use and the slicing thickness necessary to obtain maximum yield and minimizing waste, getting the highest productivity.
KSL DV + PAD – Smart Horizontal Slicer for efficient slicing of fresh boneless chicken breast on weight
Set the recipe and let the KSL DV + PAD Line decide how to slice the product in order to obtain slices on weight, whatever the size of the incoming product. The PAD scans the dimensions, height and weight of each chicken breast, allowing for the KSL DV to automatically adapt the cutting process, maximizing the weight accuracy and getting the best productivity and performance.
OSL – Intelligent Vertical Slicer On Weight
Developed to vertically slice fresh products obtaining on-weight portions, OSL can be used for products of different shapes, weights and sizes, as it automatically adapts the slicing process and recipe to each incoming piece.
This intelligent slicing machine provides different functions and working recipes, allowing to optimize the slicing process with highest yield and quality of slice minimizing waste.
AUTOMATIC FSL – Vertical Slicing Machine, now fully Automatic
Automatic FSL has been designed to obtain higher output of slices while minimizing operator handling thanks to fully automatic infeed and outfeed. The pusher driving the product through the blades allows for perfect slicing control of even the largest cuts of meat. Completely washable, this machine can be sanitized both inside and outside.
NSA XC with Rotating Blade – Vertical Slicing Machine for cooked meat
Developed to slice a continuous flow of cold or hot product completely in line with no need of handling by the operator, NSA XC with Rotating Blade delivers 3D cuts in strips or cubes. Designed to allow a complete sanitation on both external surfaces and internal components.
