Among the main highlights is the SCARA + OSL smart processing line, an integrated system designed to maximize productivity, accuracy, and product consistency.

Starting from SCARA, our robotic solution, it’s possible to enhance quality assurance by automatically diverting out-of-spec products via a bypass system, ensuring that only compliant products proceed for processing stages.

The OSL receives only the precise products guaranteeing exceptional precision, and allowing operators to slice products based on either weight or thickness according to predefined recipes. It automatically recognizes the size, shape, and characteristics of each incoming product to ensure consistent results within specified parameters. Additionally, it features an adjustable inclined cutting option, enabling blade positioning from 90° down to 45° in 5-degree increments for enhanced flexibility.
