The ATF features a modular conveyor system (BRG) designed to automatically handle and arrange sliced meat portions during transit. This system is meticulously engineered to organize the slices into a predetermined configuration, ensuring that each portion is perfectly aligned and ready for the ATF for tray filling.
Automatic Discharge of Out-of-Spec Products
Where the incoming product fails to meet the target parameters outlined in the recipe‚ such as incorrect weight, improper positioning, or misalignment‚ the BRG automatically identifies and rejects the non-conforming piece via the bypass belt, upholding consistent quality and reliability throughout the process.
